A Celebration of Beauty with Radiant Cosmetics

I am literally bouncing out of my seat – I’m so excited to tell you the big news.

The Lipstick Gospel is teaming up with Radiant Cosmetics to make our very own lipstick color.

Lipstick Gospel Pink!

It’s a color that’s exclusive for readers of The Lipstick Gospel and will only be available to those who have subscribed to my blog (click the ‘follow’ button at the bottom of the site) and who have ‘liked’ Radiant Cosmetics on Facebook! (We’ll be putting up photos of the color during this week!)

(The link will go out on Valentines Day, so be sure to subscribe and ‘like’ before then to get your shot at this exclusive color!)

Radiant Cosmetics is a cosmetics company that is committed to fighting human trafficking. It’s a company that was started by my friend Nicole Marett.

Radiant Cosmetics/The Lipstick Gospel

Nicole spent a month of her race in Thailand at the same organization I went to. She spent her month walking up and down the streets of Phuket’s red light district, making friends and hearing the stories of the women that were stuck there, selling their bodies to support their families.

Nicole’s heart broke for those women and as she left, she vowed that she’d do something to help.

(This is my favorite part.)

Nicole has a passion for makeup. She’s a beautiful woman who sees beauty in others and wants to help them see it in themselves.

So Nicole started a cosmetics company, taking her passion for beauty and using it to fight for these beautiful women.

20% of Nicole’s proceeds go to support anti-trafficking efforts and Nicole herself goes and visits brothels around the United States (yes they exist), loving and encouraging the women, helping them see themselves the way that God sees them.

Nicole is proof that God has made us uniquely and perfectly to do something miraculous for his kingdom. She’s a fighter and an entrepreneur and a woman who puts her money where her mouth is when it comes for fighting for freedom. And she’s chosen ‘beauty’ as her weapon of choice.

And The Lipstick Gospel is joining in the fight.

In the next week we’re going to be talking a lot about beauty on The Lipstick Gospel- talking about its power and influence and what happens when it’s threatened or sold.

The next week is dedicated to this celebration of beauty, in ourselves and each other.

And we want you to join in.

The Lipstick Gospel and Radiant Cosmetics

With each Lipstick Gospel Pink lipstick that’s purchased, we’ll send you a card to write to women who are stuck in sexual slavery. Nicole will be personally delivering your message of beauty and love to those women who are so in need of encouragement.

We’d also love for you to keep with us this week, learn more about the work that Radiant is doing, and come along on your own journey of remembering who you were made to be – beautiful.

  2. I don’t normally wear makeup, but this is SO AMAZING. I am so excited for you, Steph! WHO KNEW that this would be one of the things that you get to be a part of, all because a girl had a Bible verse written on a mirror in lipstick!
